I went to get some groceries from Jusco last night. After grabbing a few items, I headed to the cashier. There's this lady cashier at the counter, with sourish facial expression, no smile at all.
She took the items from my basket and stuffed them into a plastic bag, without sorting them. You know, cashiers usually will sort the items accordingly. Food, detergents, bread, fruits. And not just lumping everything into one huge plastic bag. Guess what, she threw my bread into a plastic bag containing 10 pieces of oranges, and some other fruits. Immediately I told her to put the loaf of bread into a separate bag as the fruits will "lenyek" the bread. (common sense okay) Unsatisfied with my words, she actually "pinched" and pulled the bread from the plastic bag into another. I've chosen the "best shaped" loaf of bread from the rack and she damaged it.

Speechless, I paid for my items and walked away. Oh my! This is my first time encountering such cashier.
What was she thinking?

eh this type of customer service is like shit wei .. those who cannot be pleasant don't come to the front line to work la ..
yalor.. seriously =.=" and i thought they had special trainings for staff before they could actually serve the customers.
